Project Terms & Commitment
1. Project Timelines
Smart Website Redesign: Completed and soft-launched within 3-4 weeks from asset collection.
CRM Integration: Completed, tested, and synchronized alongside website soft-launch.
2. Investment & Payments
All website build and CRM setup fees are invoiced in advance upon signature. Retainers for CRM start on Month 2. Optional marketing retainers are billed monthly in advance starting on Month 1 of service execution.
3. Hosting Scope
The initial website setup package includes 1 year of optimized secure hosting. Beginning on Year 2, hosting is billed annually at $250/year.
4. Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery of requested content, approvals, and feedback is required to maintain the project schedule. Delays may result in adjustments to the estimated completion date.
5. Out-of-Scope Modifications & Integrations
Any integrations with software systems beyond AZL Flow CRM and website standard forms (e.g. customized Clio/MyCase/specialized dental EHR tools) are subject to dynamic feasibility reviews.
